What are the properties of milk thistle oil?
Milk thistle oil contains large amounts of unsaturated fatty acids, as well as mineral salts, phytosterols, tannins and vitamins K, C and E. Including it in your daily diet allows you to quickly and effectively remove toxins accumulated in the body, and also protect the kidneys and liver from them. The oil regulates digestion by increasing the production of gastric juice, and at the same time increases appetite. It has a protective effect on the digestive system, protecting it from the side effects of many drugs. It is also recommended for use during the treatment of viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, bile duct disorders and fatty degeneration.
