Ingredients:
Soy protein isolate (72%), NUTRIOSE® corn starch (23%), flavourings, salt, sweetener (sucralose), colour (ammonia caramel).
Directions:
Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily. On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving after 1, 5 hrs after training and the third portion before bedtime. On non-training days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second portion between meals and the third portion before bedtime. The recommended daily portion of the product is 90 g.
